Alec Hembree

As an architect, Alec considers the client an integral part of the design team. He serves to listen, understands, and unite each of the client’s need with the architectural concept. His passion for design at many scales creates architecture with a dynamic, multi-sensory interface between people and the built environment.

Daniel E. Hale

Dan’s experience is focused on the planning and design of high-performing facilities within the sciences and technology-driven industries. His passion is creating efficient spaces that support the dynamic environment of research, development, and production.

Kevin Donahue

Kevin is experienced in the design and oversight of multiple project types. He is skilled at addressing common sense design to the innovative, and he thrives on finding creative solutions to a variety of client needs. Kevin understands the details and intrigues of managing design and constructability in his projects and he specifically enjoys working on projects that feature adaptive reuse of spaces and present challenges.

Tim Crum

Tim has over 15 years of experience managing construction administration for projects of various sizes. He is skilled at working through complex processes, verifying budgets, and keeping client’s schedule on track. Tim works closely to maintain good relationships between the construction and design team. He prides himself on his communication as he helps resolve issues in a timely fashion. Tim regularly checks in to make sure projects are on time and on budget, which keeps the whole operation running smoothly. He is very involved seeing projects through completion and is a great asset to any project’s success.

Austen Conrad

Austen’s favorite part of the design process is actively listening to client project goals. He then leverages his diverse background in architecture, real estate development, and computer science to deliver creative solutions that meet those client goals in a budget-appropriate manner.

Jeff Connelly

Jeff is an architect with more than 24 years of experience in all aspects of commercial construction. He has worked on a variety of building types, including corporate offices, higher education, research and development, industrial, financial, and municipal facilities.

Katrina Bower

Katrina is licensed as an Architect in both Wisconsin and Illinois, works both in the field and office, and has been working in the industry for over 15 years. She can serve as a member of any design team from early design discussions through construction, to handing over the keys to a new facility.

Larry Barton

Larry has more than 35 years of experience in a variety of project types including office, education, science & technology, retail, industrial and the arts. His background includes pre-design programming, master planning, design, and construction administration.
