Dan’s experience is focused on the planning and design of high-performing facilities within the sciences and technology-driven industries. His passion is creating efficient spaces that support the dynamic environment of research, development, and production. Dan has been involved in over one million SF of science-based facilities ranging from small build-outs to global consolidation of entire corporate divisions. His experience includes R&D laboratories, toxicology & pathology facilities, high volume analytical labs & instrumentation, and biological and pharmaceutical development & production. Dan brings a deep understanding of the environmental conditions, utilities, and MEP system requirements demanded by these facilities and works carefully to create synchronized solutions that can respond to the demands of advancing sciences.
