Lead Construction Administration

Sarah started drafting in a middle school tech ed class. This passion stayed with her through high school, college, and led her to interning for a facilities architect. She then moved over to the general contractor realm and worked on a construction site implementing a new software for construction management. This introduced her to the world of Contract Administration where she has now been for eight years. She processes RFI’s, shop drawings, samples and product data and reviews them for compliance with the contract documents and specifications. Additionally, she supervises construction projects to ensure that all architectural designs and specifications were implemented by contractors while maintaining comprehensive documentation of all projects. Sarah‘s favorite project sectors include performing arts, higher education and science + tech facilities.
