Objective:
Research Recognition
The University Research Park (URP) is a non-profit, internationally recognized research and technology park with 34 buildings and more than 1.5 million SF of office and laboratory space used by a broad range of science and technology start-up companies, many of which are focused on biotechnology. Strang partnered with URP to design buildings that offered low cost, flexible office, production, and laboratory space in a park-like setting. Each building was designed to be flexible enough to accommodate multiple tenants.

Lasting Relationship
Since 1986, Strang has provided services on over 100 projects and completed an average of five tenant build-out projects per year within the URP (ranging in size from 500 SF to 30,000 SF). Strang’s long lasting relationship and proven track record with URP has continued to make us their go-to designer.
