Waukesha, WI. March 21, 2022 – – – Strang, Inc, proudly announces the following individuals have earned Associate status within the firm:

  • KATRINA BOWER, AIA, NCARB, CDT, Senior Project Architect, Laboratory Planner
  • JONATHAN (JON) NELSON, AIA, Senior Project Architect
  • MELISSA PLETZER, PE, REP, Senior Electrical Engineer

The Associate position within Strang is the first level of equity participation within the firm. To be considered for this appointment, candidates must present a track record of leadership, expertise, experience, and esteem within their respective career paths. Each of our new Associates have accomplished just that.

Furthermore, this class of Associates have demonstrated an acute understanding and practice of our firm’s fully integrated project development/management protocol, Design Synchronicity. From architecture to engineering to technical support and project management, these new Associates have excelled at bringing real, tangible value through the assimilation of disciplines to every project they participate in.
