Scott Brisk

Scott is an experienced electrical designer who has over 20 years of professional experience in the engineering industry. He has spent an additional five years as an Autodesk application engineer implementing and providing BIM training and mentoring for many engineering firms around the country. Scott has worked in multiple disciplines doing power, lighting, IT, plumbing, HVAC, and fire alarm work. This variety of experience helps support his ability to seamlessly coordinate between all parties in order to make a building cohesive.

Interests

When not watching his daughter’s play sports, Scott likes to spend his time boating on the water, camping with his family, or racing in his VR simulator.

Nathan Zach

Nathan offers 18 years of experience in HVAC design consulting including design documentation, calculation and equipment sizing, system selection, and programming facility requirements.

Brian Tym

Brian has over 35 years of experience in the engineering field. He has provided plumbing engineering design and HVAC services for healthcare, institutional, industrial, and commercial facilities. His favorite types of projects are the most complicated such as hospitals and research laboratories.

Joseph Stillo

Joseph is an independent and detail-oriented mechanical designer with 7+ years of experience. He has proven skills in coordinating multi-discipline teams of designers, calculating heating and cooling loads, designing air and water side systems, selecting equipment, drafting construction documents, writing specifications, and providing construction administration including submittal review and inspections. Joseph is a certified HVAC designer.

Adam Stapleton

Adam has more than 10 years of experience as a leader on complex, multi-discipline engineering design projects. He is skilled at preparing electrical designs, technical analysis, and resolution of engineering problems.

Terry Sallee

Terry is an experienced and certified Audio/Visual Systems Designer with a demonstrated history in the A/V industry including K-12, higher education, commercial spaces, auditoriums, and athletic venues.

Melissa Pletzer

Melissa is a senior electrical engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in leading the electrical design of complex, multi-discipline engineering design projects. She applies design knowledge in power distribution, grounding, lighting, control systems, equipment specification, bid analysis and prepares recommendations and selections.

Keith Modlinski

Keith has 3 years of experience in electrical drafting, and 4 years in architectural and interior design. In 2017, he was part of the team that was awarded the NARI student design competition. Keith provides architectural drawings and designs with great detail and fluidness.

Joseph Leisner

With more than 15 years of experience, Joseph leads the team of talented electrical engineering professionals at Strang. His approach combines expert technical analysis, multi-disciplinary engineering design, and complex problem-solving to every project.

Joaquin Lara

Joaquin graduated from UW-Madison with a degree in Electrical Engineering and is currently in the process of gaining his professional engineering license.
