With her strong ties to the market and community, Kim leads Strang’s business development efforts throughout the Madison region.

Rita is an experienced Project Administrative Assistant based out of Strang’s Waukesha office. Her role involves coordinating office activities, preparing, and maintaining project reports and documents, answering calls, and helping around the office wherever she can.

Kathy Williams

As Director of First Impressions, Kathy’s smiling face is likely the first person you see when you enter Strang’s Madison office. She has 44 years of experience interacting and assisting all people, inside the office and out.

Jill Ruffridge

A “Jill-of-all-trades”, Jill wears many different hats in her role at Strang. Jill’s expertise extends to the Accounting, Human Resources, and Payroll departments.

Bringing years of Human Resources and Recruiting experience to the team, Krysta serves as an invaluable advisor and resource to Strang’s Executive Leadership and integrated team of professionals.

Jo Ann O’Malley

Jo Ann is an innovative and dedicated accounting and mortgage lending professional with over 25 years of experience. She has over 10 years of specific experience in debt collection and over 25 years’ experience in mortgage loan origination, closings, and office management.

John O’Malley

John serves Strang as a Senior Vice President of Information Technology. His role encompasses cybersecurity, which involves analyzing IT security threats in real-time and mitigating these threats.

Kaitlyn Fox

Kaitlyn always knew she wanted to be in the marketing world and somehow stumbled her way into the A/E/C industry. Every day is different, as she works on design campaigns, content creation, project photoshoots, and interacts with all the staff at Strang.

Erinn Feltes

Erinn is a Marketing Coordinator at Strang where she writes and edits blogs, whitepapers, and social media posts, manages and creates content for proposals and interviews, and tackles whatever else needs doing that day.
