Strang is proud to announce a significant leadership transition. After 40 years with the firm, including 15 years in the top leadership role, Larry Barton will be transitioning out of his current position in June of this year. With great excitement, Strang introduces Erica Mullins as its incoming President and CEO.
Erica Mullins is an award-winning designer with over a decade of experience at Strang. Since joining the leadership team, she has played a key role in firm-wide strategic planning and brings an innovative approach to design. Her strategic mindset coupled with a deep understanding of client needs, allows her to translate visionary ideas into impactful, real-world solutions.
Larry Barton is not retiring; instead, he will dedicate his full energies to supporting Strang’s clients, business development, and community outreach. His continued involvement ensures a seamless transition and ongoing commitment to Strang’s mission.
