This award is based solely on the feedback we receive through an employee survey administered just a few months ago. More than 63 of our Strangr’s participated, and we want to thank all of them for their valuable input. Being named a Top Workplace is a big deal—only 71 companies made this year’s list. We are truly honored, especially because the judges were our very own employees!
Every day we work towards a mission of creating innovative and welcoming
built environments that curate experiences, engage communities, and inspire.
This mindset applies to not only the projects we work on, but the very culture of
Strang. Engaged and creative staff are those who are supported internally. Simply put—our passion is for our people.
It’s an honor to be recognized for our culture that values its people and amplifies talents. We’re thrilled to have been included in the 2023 Top Workplaces list and a big thank you to our employees, who made this happen!
Providing a comfortable, safe, and productive work environment for our staff is also of the highest priority. Our offices have even been specifically designed to promote employee health and wellness. We’ve even been awarded the first WELL Gold Certification in Wisconsin.
About Top Workplaces
The Wisconsin State Journal and its research partner, Energage, have recognized 71 companies and organizations in the Greater Madison area as Top Workplaces for 2023. Released annually, this list is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey administered by third-party employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection.
