Austen’s favorite part of the design process is actively listening to client project goals. He then leverages his diverse background in architecture, real estate development, and computer science to deliver creative solutions that meet those client goals in a budget-appropriate manner. He possesses excellent technical, organizational, and administrative skills that drive successful projects. His expertise includes corporate offices and mixed-use-based developments from planning and feasibility through construction.

When not at work, Austen enjoys spending time with his family, running half marathons, painting, and doing exploratory work in artificial intelligence.
