Strang Awarded Top Workplace 2021 by Wisconsin State Journal

We are excited to announce that Strang has been recognized as a 2021 Top Workplaces by the Wisconsin State Journal!

The Wisconsin State Journal along with its research partner, Energage, have recognized 45 companies and organizations in the Greater Madison area as Top Workplaces for 2021. Energage received nominations from more than 790 Madison community organizations for this year’s Top Workplaces awards. Released annually, this list is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey administered by third-party employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection.
